My husband and I owned two restaurants for 25 years in Vermont. I know the ins and outs of being an owner operator and what it takes to lead a team, excel in customer service, and to ensure profit margins and financial success. I also know the toll that owning your own business can take on your mental health, your relationships, and your life. I want all leaders to feel confident in their leadership, to enjoy success, and to feel calm and in control. I also inspire my clients to create healthy work/life balance. Wellness and positive mindset is a huge part of leadership and business success.

I also wanted to transition out of restaurants and into coaching and healing for many years before I found the courage to make it happen. The joy and relief I feel now that I am creating a career that has deep meaning and purpose for me, and is aligned with my heart and expanded self is so freeing! I love to also help others to find the courage to stop playing small, or feeling stuck, and to make the moves necessary to live their dream. I believe everyone can be successful with the right support!

I attended the Barbara Brennan School of Healing from 1999-2005. I also did the Pathwork Transformation Program of deep inner journey work from 2011-2016. I have had an energy healing practice for 27 years, and have taught classes and workshops on the chakras, the Human Energy Field, and Sacred Women’s Circles and Ceremonies.
